Welcome to
Post-construction cleaning for house builders and renovation contractors who won't accept anything less than a perfect finish.
Cheshire Builders Cleans is a specialist two-person operation based in Chester, working with house builders, renovation contractors, and commercial clients across Chester and the surrounding region.
Our core work is new build housing and residential renovations — the final clean that hands a finished property back to the client or owner. We also take on commercial fit-outs, delivering a thorough clean that hands the space back ready for its first customers or occupants.
Every project is supported by full COSHH assessments and RAMS documentation, so contractors can add us to their site packs without any back and forth.
