After Build Cleaning
Builders Clean
A builders clean generally takes place when most if not all works on the inside of the property are complete. It involves the following:
- Removal of dust and debris from all surfaces including glass paying close attention to detail.
- Removal of stickers & glues e.g. on sanitary ware and glass.
- Floors vacuumed & mopped where appropriate.
The property would be ready for occupation if required, however, a Sparkle Clean would usually follow at a later date to remove settled dust and soiling occurring from snagging works and other footfall.

- Removal of settled dust from all surfaces.
- Removal of dust & debris following any snagging works.

Deep Cleaning - Commercial & Residential
We carry out end of tenancy cleans on private homes and deep cleans of HMOs/blocks of student accommodation. No job is too big or too small.
All kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and communal areas are cleaned thoroughly to ensure that they are fresh and hygienic for new occupants.
